Egger receives permit for new particleboard plant in Poland
Austrian company Egger wants to invest near Biskupec, Poland, in the Warmia and Mazury Economic Zone in a large particleboard plant. The Polish government has issued this month a building a permit for Egger, and company has already completed all the preparatory work and is ready to start construction of production halls. "The planned investment is going to create 400 direct jobs and 600 indirect ones in subcontractors," said Waldemar Zawiślak, sales director of EGGER Polska, at a press conference.
