Binderholz to double roundwood cutting capacity at Baruth sawmill

Binderholz starts an extensive investment program at its plant in Baruth, Germany, which includes the expansion of the drying capacity from 600,000 to 760,000 m³ by December 2018.  In the first step, the drying capacity in the former Klenk sawmill is to be increased from 600,000 to 760,000 m³. This first extension is expected to be completed by December 2018.  In 2019, a further sawn timber sorting line, which produces 450,000 m³ in a three-shift operation, is to go into operation.  As a main investment, the cutting capacity ...
