Bergs Timber signed an agreement with Bergs Timber’s main owner, Norvik, Norway, acquiring a number of companies within the Norvik Group with operations in Latvia, Estonia and the United Kingdom.  The letter of intent concerning the acquisition was signed by Bergs Timber and Norvik on January 22, 2018.
