Poland’s largest furniture manufacturer might be acquired by Chinese investor
Black Red White SA (BRW), the largest Polish furniture manufacturer and retailer with annual sales of EUR 414 million and owned by the Chmiel family, is in sales negotiations with a Chinese investor. Dieter Hilpert, CEO of Bega Group, the general importer of all BRW products for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux, released the information. BRW furniture is produced in 21 plants in Poland and abroad.
