In March, the prices for softwood lumber in Austria declined slightly compared to February. The decline is of 1-2 euro per cubic meter on almost all of the assortments.  Only edged boards gained a minor price increase. Prices for rough boards have remained constant.  However, as compared to March 2017, prices have increased by about 2-4 euro per cubic meter. The maximum increase was of 7 euro.
