Chinese furniture manufacturer gives EUR 30 million order to Homag Group
HOMAG Group has won a major contract with Chinese furniture maker Oppein with an order valued at over EUR 30 million. The Guangzhou-based furniture company bought a total of 307 standalone machines—79 panel dividing machines, 103 edge banding machines and 125 CNC machines. 33 of these machines will come from HOMAG Group’s factory in China. HOMAG and Oppein relationship go back many years. The new order brings the total number of HOMAG machines to more than 1,000 in operation in Oppein.
