In the first quarter, the prices of softwood logs in Estonia continued to grow. The biggest increase was in the price of spruce logs.  The average price of spruce sawlogs increased from the average level of 72.2 € / m3 in the fourth quarter by 6.8% in the first quarter, reaching an average price of 79.3 € / m3. The prices of hardwood logs have fallen somewhat during the quarter.  There have been only small fluctuations in pulpwood prices during the quarter.
