High wood prices multiplied the profit of the Czech forest state company
The Czech state company Lesy České republiky (LČR) in the first three quarters of the year multiplied its gross profit year-on-year to 7.39 billion crowns (EUR 303 million) from last year's 2.9 billion crowns (EUR 119 million) . The main reason for the increase in profit was the increase in wood prices.
