The acquisition of the Masisa industrial unit by the Egger Group took place on 29 September. This operation includes the industrial assets of the plant located in Concordia (Entre Ríos), the human resource composed of 500 employees and the management and development of the distribution network and its relationship program.  This investment is a milestone in the development and internationalization of the Egger Group, since it is the first production plant located outside Europe, from where it will continue to manufacture high added value products for the furniture and interior industry.
