The new price levels are set at SEK 460\/m3fub for softwood pulpwood and SEK 440\/m3fub for hardwood pulpwood.<\/p>\n<p>Converted at current exchange rates, the new prices correspond to approximately \u20ac42\/m3 for softwood pulpwood and \u20ac40\/m3 for hardwood pulpwood.<\/p>\n<p>The revised price lists took effect on 12 May.<\/p>\n<p>Sveaskog also stated that sawlog prices are being adjusted according to local market conditions, reflecting increasing uncertainty across parts of the Nordic forest products sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe continue to have good demand for both sawlogs and pulpwood from our customers at the sawmills and pulp mills, but the market situation is currently uncertain,\u201d said Patrick B\u00e4ckstr\u00f6m, marketing manager at Sveaskog.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo ensure a long-term sustainable business throughout the value chain, we need to adjust our price lists.
