The 11th International Hardwood Conference will take place in Antwerp on 5\u20136 November 2026, bringing together key participants from across the global wood industry. The event is organised by Fedustria in cooperation with European Organisation of the Sawmill Industry and European Timber Trade Federation.<\/p>\n
The programme will begin on 5 November with a visit to the Port of Antwerp, the second-largest port in Europe and a major hub for timber flows. Participants will also attend a welcome reception in the evening at the Lindner Hotel Antwerp.<\/p>\n
The main conference will be held on 6 November at the same venue, followed by a networking dinner designed to facilitate exchanges between sawmillers, traders and other industry stakeholders.<\/p>\n
The conference will focus on developments in hardwood markets, with detailed analysis of production and consumption trends across Europe and other key regions. In the context of ongoing geopolitical shifts, discussions are expected to address how market participants are adapting to changing conditions and what outlook can be anticipated for the sector.<\/p>\n
