He stressed that officials would work to ensure that New Zealand wood products are seen as complementary rather than competitive to U.S. domestic production.<\/p>\n
Nonetheless, McClay added, New Zealand forestry exporters are resilient and benefit from a well-diversified international market.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":97017,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[5204],"tags":[3382,3257,4287,3252],"class_list":["post-97016","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-daily-news","tag-new-zealand","tag-tariffs","tag-trump","tag-us","topic-forestry","topic-furniture","topic-lumber","topic-sawmilling","topic-wood-products","area-australia-and-pacific-region","area-global","area-north-america"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 -
