These two additions bring the total number of acquisitions completed by James Jones &amp; Sons Ltd in Australia to ten since the company entered the market in 2022.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"877\">Newcastle Pallets is located in one of Australia\u2019s leading population centres and manufacturing hubs. The business is strategically positioned in the NSW Hunter Valley and greater North Sydney area, a region noted for strong growth and industrial activity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"1187\">Seapal Pallets &amp; Crates, based in Kilcoy, South-East Queensland, serves a broad customer base across the mining, agriculture, logistics, and food sectors. In addition to standard pallet production, Seapal delivers bespoke solutions tailored to the unique freighting needs of large manufacturing businesses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1495\">\u201cThese latest acquisitions continue to deliver our strategy of vertical integration and geographical expansion across the continent,\u201d said Tom Bruce-Jones, chairman of James Jones &amp; Sons. \u201cWe are delighted to welcome Newcastle Pallets and Seapal Pallets &amp; Crates into the wider James Jones &amp; Sons Group.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1697\">The acquisition of Newcastle Pallets was completed on September 1, 2025.
