<\/span>Weak profitability means that the CEO of Moelven T\u00f6reboda AB, Johan \u00c5hl\u00e9n, must leave his position after 14 years. Frode Henning Killi replaces and simultaneously takes over the vacant position as CEO of Moelven Limtre AS.<\/p>\n

Frode Henning Killi (top) takes over the management of the glulam company Moelven T\u00f6reboda AB from Johan \u00c5hl\u00e9n, who is leaving the company after 14 years.<\/p>\n

Frode Henning Killi most recently came from the role as CEO of Moelven Byggmodul AS, which he held for three years. According to Moelven, he has strengthened the company's competitiveness during a tough period for the construction industry.<\/p>\n

''He has managed to turn red numbers into black in a very challenging market situation,'' says Vera Flateb\u00f8, Chairman of the Board of Moelven T\u00f6reboda, in a press release.<\/p>\n

Sales and Marketing Director J\u00f8rn Eirik Erlund at Moelven Byggmodul AS has been appointed acting CEO of the company. The recruitment process to find a permanent CEO will start shortly, Moelven writes.<\/p>\n

Weak profitability<\/strong><\/p>\n

The fact that Johan \u00c5hl\u00e9n is leaving his job as CEO of Moelven T\u00f6reboda AB is due to weak profitability, according to the company.<\/p>\n

''We must take significant measures to improve profitability in both the short and long term, and better utilize the synergies between our two glulam companies. This requires major changes, and we have agreed with Johan \u00c5hl\u00e9n that he will step aside to release new forces. We now want to have a common leader for both companies, and this time we had a strong candidate internally in Frode Henning Killi,''says Vera Flateb\u00f8.<\/p>\n
