Operating profit rose to EUR 4.9 million and net profit to EUR 3.8 million.<\/p>\n<p>The company's equity ratio decreased by 2.3 percentage points to 73.9 percent, which is still an exceptionally strong balance sheet among the sawmill companies in the comparison group. Debt at the end of the financial year was EUR 31 million.<\/p>\n<p>Austrian-owned Binderholz has sawmills in Lieksa and Nurmes, Finland.
