Two levels of duties have been communicated :<\/p>\n<p><strong>-25.1% for Pizhou Jiangshan Wood Co. , Ltd , one of the Chinese producers cooperating in the investigation ;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-62.4 % for all other companies exporting from China .<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These duties are calculated on the basis of the CIF (Cost Insurance Freight) price at the Union border , excluding customs duties , and are added to any existing customs duties .<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties now have until May 15 to submit written comments . These comments must strictly relate to the accuracy of the calculations ( technical errors or irregularities ) and not to substantive or procedural considerations , which may be taken into account later in the process .<\/p>\n<p>The addresses to which comments should be sent are:<\/p>\n<p><em>DUMPING@ec.europa.eu (dumping)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>TRADE-AD717-PLYWOOD-INJURY@ec.europa.eu (injury and Union interests)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The final decision on the imposition of permanent anti-dumping duties is expected by 6 December 2025.
