Other destinations included Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, China, Sweden, Turkey, and Belgium. Sales to Germany and China remained stable, while exports to France increased. Exports to the UK declined by 30%.

Italy’s imports of wood and furniture technology fell by 25.1% in 2024, down to €228.1m. Germany remained the primary supplier but dropped nearly by half, from €157.4m to €83.7m. China increased its share by 36.3%, reaching €40.2m, while Spain rose to third place with €14.2m, with a 41% increase.
