The project aims to enhance the value of products from the company\u2019s existing plywood plant and provide new jobs in the region. Of the total investment, 2.775 million euros will be allocated to construction, while over 3 million euros will be used for modern production equipment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"881\">A ceremony marking the start of construction took place on April 25, with a capsule containing a message for future generations laid in the foundation of the new facility. The event was attended by key regional officials, including Minister of Agriculture Armands Krauze and Chairwoman of the Kuld\u012bga Regional Council Inese Asta\u0161evska.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1171\">The new factory will feature advanced CNC equipment for precise milling, drilling, and sawing of plywood, enabling the production of new laminated birch plywood products. These products, with a broad range of colors and coatings, will cater to industries such as construction and design.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1547\">The new facility will enhance Stiga RM\u2019s ability to produce high value-added products, increasing export potential and strengthening international partnerships. Once completed, the 4,036 square meter production building will create 16 new jobs for automated production equipment operators in the Kuld\u012bga region.
