Vasyliev claims that Poland is using unsubstantiated suspicions about the timber's origin as a pretext to block shipments, despite the availability of verifiable proof of legality.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1755\">The ongoing blockade is already having severe economic consequences. Ukrainian woodworking enterprises face mounting financial losses, production slowdowns, and the risk of layoffs, while the government stands to lose substantial export revenue. European buyers are reportedly reconsidering their partnerships with Ukrainian suppliers due to the uncertainty surrounding timber shipments. With no resolution in sight, industry leaders fear that prolonged restrictions could have cascading effects, forcing businesses to downsize or cease operations entirely.
