<\/span>Segezha Group expects to double its CLT output in 2025, including through prefabricated house projects, the forestry holding's Telegram channel reports . Based on the results of 2024, the company maintained the production volume of CLT panels used in house construction at the 2023 level \u2014 11 thousand m\u00b3. In 2025, Segezha Group plans to significantly increase their production \u2014 to 24-30 thousand m\u00b3.<\/p>\n

As Interfax was informed by the press service of Segezha Group, in 2025 the holding company expects to enter the mass market of private home construction with a pilot project for the production of prefab panels (prefab technology assumes high factory readiness of house kits) based on CLT. At this stage, the company has developed a concept for a house in the budget segment. A pilot version has been built in the Vologda Region at the Sokolsky DOK site. The company is also considering the possibility of using mobile workshops near construction sites for the production of house kits.<\/p>\n

The production of prefabricated houses made of glued laminated timber in 2024 increased by 24% year-on-year to 36 thousand m\u00b3. In 2025, Segezha Group plans to produce 45 thousand m\u00b3 of prefabricated houses.<\/p>\n

The holding's production volume of glued laminated beams increased to 22 thousand m\u00b3 in 2024 (2023: 15 thousand m\u00b3). In 2025, the company expects to increase the production of glued laminated beams by 18% to 26 thousand m\u00b3.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
