<\/span>The XXXLutz Group has finalized the takeover of the Polish furniture manufacturer and retailer BRW Group. Polish customers will soon be able to benefit from a larger selection, faster availability and better prices, while the diverse synergies will make it easier for both partners to master the balance between stationary retail and online retail.<\/p>\n

The XXXLutz Group acquired a 50% stake in the BRW Group back in July 2022. XXXLutz is now taking over the remaining 50%, thus promising a positive future for the BRW Group. Subject to the approval of the competition authorities, this will lay the foundation for international growth as part of the XXXLutz Group.<\/p>\n

The Black Red White Group operates for example 82 of its own branches (78 of which are in Poland), a network of around 300 sales partners (in Poland) and employs over 5,000 people. The BRW Group exports its own products to more than 30 countries worldwide. The company will continue to operate with independent management and, above all, will manage the furniture production companies independently and autonomously.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
