Bjelin Group has acquired 100% of the shares in the industrial division of the Swedish V\u00e4linge Group (Viken \/ Sweden).<\/span> The division manufactures and sells floor coverings based on V\u00e4linge Innovation's 'Woodura' technology. Bjelin Group is fully owned by Pervanovo Invest AB, the majority owner of V\u00e4linge Group.<\/p>\n

V\u00e4linge's industrial division includes production sites in Sweden and Croatia, flooring sales companies in North America, the UK and France, and the Croatian furniture manufacturer Spinvalis. The affected company sites will now be integrated into the industrial activities of the Bjelin Group. This strategic move is intended to strengthen V\u00e4linge Innovation's position as an internationally operating company in the areas of innovation, licensing, support and supply of components and machines. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approval, the company said.<\/p>\n

Niclas H\u00e5kansson, CEO of V\u00e4linge Innovation AB, says: \"Our collaboration to expand production with our powder-based surface technologies is now complete. V\u00e4linge will continue to lead in innovation, product development and licensing and focus on being the industry's most reliable partner in these areas. Bjelin Group will be an important licensee with a strong commitment to our key technologies, which will increase market demand for some of our innovations, especially 'Woodura' and 'Nadura' based surfaces.\"<\/p>\n

The global US investment company Strategic Value Partners, LLC (SVP) has made a EUR 200 million preferential investment in the Bjelin Group to support its long-term growth objectives. Bjelin Group AB is fully owned by the V\u00e4linge founding family Pervan. The investment sum supports the acquisition of the industrial division of the V\u00e4linge Group.<\/p>\n
