<\/span>In May 2024, the European Commission launched an anti-dumping investigation into imports of assembled multilayer parquet panels from China. As part of this process, the Commission has mandated the registration of the product.<\/p>\n

Following an initial review of dumping, injury, causation, level of measures, and Union interests, the Commission has decided to impose provisional anti-dumping duties under Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025\/78, published in the Official Journal on January 15, 2025. These measures aim to prevent further harm to the European industry. However, it is important to note that the provisional duties may be adjusted based on the final outcome of the investigation.<\/p>\n

The provisional duties apply to imports of assembled multilayer parquet panels falling under CN code 4418 75 00, with some exceptions: panels made from bamboo or with a top (wearing) layer made of bamboo, and those designed for mosaic floors, are excluded.<\/p>\n
