Additionally, an escalation in trade tensions could result in trade restrictions between other nations, creating ripple effects on Swedish exports.<\/p>\n<p>The pulp and paper sector stood out, with production and exports performing strongly. Demand for packaging materials and graphic paper surpassed expectations, driven by robust European markets. Europe now accounts for nearly 60% of Swedish pulp exports, reflecting its growing importance as deliveries to China stabilized at more typical levels.
