Spruce logs now frequently reach or exceed the \u20ac100\/m\u00b3 mark at the higher end of the price spectrum. Pine prices have also been adjusted upward in certain regions. However, price variation remains significant, especially for spruce, with the lowest quotes for standard assortments still at \u20ac70\/m\u00b3.<\/p>\n<p>Larch and Douglas fir sawlogs in BC grades are fetching up to \u20ac125 and \u20ac130\/m\u00b3, respectively, with fixed lengths priced \u20ac5\/m\u00b3 lower. Regional gains have also been observed in these categories.<\/p>\n<p>In the hardwood segment, C-grade beech (diameter class 4) is quoted as high as \u20ac110\/m\u00b3, while oak in the same grade reaches \u20ac240\/m\u00b3, both showing substantial regional price differences. Higher-quality assortments are experiencing slight regional increases.<\/p>\n<p>Pallet wood, in contrast, has slightly declined against the trend, while industrial wood remains stable to slightly increasing.<\/p>\n<p>For firewood, hardwood prices remain steady at around \u20ac50\/stere, while softwood firewood prices are also stable at approximately \u20ac30\/stere.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>November saw stable to rising roundwood prices in Germany.
