Despite the decline, the company invested more than Euro 2.1 billion to lower prices across thousands of products in all markets, driving a 3% rise in store visits and a 28% increase in online traffic.<\/span> Online orders also grew by 9%.<\/p>\n

Facing a tough economic landscape marked by inflation, high interest rates, and a shrinking home furnishing market (-3.8%), Ingka Group focused on making IKEA more affordable and accessible. CEO Jesper Brodin emphasized that these efforts align with IKEA\u2019s long-term commitment to support customers during difficult times.<\/p>\n

Alongside price reductions, the company invested over Euro 1.3 billion in store upgrades, new locations, and digital innovation. Ingka Group opened 43 new stores globally and enhanced customer experiences with AI-driven tools, achieving its highest-ever customer satisfaction score.<\/p>\n
