The roundwood market in Germany remains stable. There were hardly any noticeable changes in the price structure in September.<\/span><\/p>\n

Slight gains in prices<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the Chamber of Agriculture, prices for spruce are stable across all ranges and regions. Sections 2b+ BC are the most expensive in the west of the country, where prices exceed the \u20ac100 mark. In the east, however, prices are only \u20ac80 to \u20ac85\/m3.<\/p>\n

There is also stability in the domestic pine market. Sections 2b+ BC bring in up to \u20ac85\/m3, but in the east of the country it is significantly lower. There have been slight price gains in export wood. Here the upper price limit is now well above \u20ac80\/m3 everywhere.<\/p>\n

Larch and Douglas fir remain at the top of the price range. Douglas fir logs bring in up to \u20ac130\/m3, while larch remains around \u20ac10\/m3 lower.<\/p>\n

Pallet and industrial wood stable<\/strong><\/p>\n

For softwood pallet wood, the Chamber of Agriculture reports a slight price increase only in the central region, otherwise there is stability here too, although there are large fluctuations between the regions, resulting in a price range of 32 to 44 \u20ac\/Rm. This corresponds to around 49 to 70 \u20ac\/Fm.<\/p>\n

In the case of softwood industrial wood, better qualities (sanding wood and OSB) bring stable prices of around 30 \u20ac\/m\u00b2, while chipboard and MDF wood are in the range of 25 \u20ac\/m\u00b2. Hardwood with constant prices<\/p>\n

And prices for hardwood were also unchanged in August compared to the previous month. In strength class 4, C-beech is between \u20ac85 and \u20ac110\/m\u00b3, with a focus on \u20ac90 to \u20ac100\/m\u00b3. B-beech L4 achieves a maximum of \u20ac130\/m\u00b3.<\/p>\n

Oak C L4 yields 160 to 240 \u20ac\/m\u00b2, with the main price being 180 to 200 \u20ac\/m\u00b2. Oak B L4 achieves prices of around 400 \u20ac\/m\u00b2, sometimes significantly more. The exception is the west of the country, where a maximum of 350 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 is achieved.<\/p>\n

Firewood prices range around 50 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 for hardwood firewood and around 30 to 35 \u20ac\/m\u00b2 for softwood firewood.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
