AriVislanda and Milltech will merge into a joint company and the procedure will be completed in 2024.<\/p>\n
AriVislanda manufactures sawmill machines, while Milltech makes automation solutions and control systems for sawmills. The new company name will be AriVislanda, but Milltech will remain as a brand for smart, integrated systems.<\/p>\n

AriVislanda is located in Vislanda in Alvesta municipality and in \u00d6rnsk\u00f6ldsvik. Milltech has its headquarters in V\u00e4xj\u00f6 and also has an office in Vimmerby. All employees will be part of the new company. The merger also opens up more employment and development opportunities within the company.<\/p>\n
The merger will take place as soon as the Swedish Companies Registration Office has registered a decision on permission to execute the present merger plan, which is expected to take place sometime in the fall of 2024.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
