{"id":87519,"date":"2024-04-26T09:25:27","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T09:25:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tin.happy-projects.ro\/timber-prices-continue-to-rise-in-sweden\/"},"modified":"2025-09-19T09:01:55","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T09:01:55","slug":"timber-prices-continue-to-rise-in-sweden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.timberindustrynews.com\/ro\/timber-prices-continue-to-rise-in-sweden\/","title":{"rendered":"Timber prices continue to rise in Sweden"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span id=\"more-35200\"><\/span>The delivery wood prices for both sawlogs and pulpwood increased during the first quarter of 2024 compared to the last quarter of the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>The price of sawlogs increased by eight percent, and the price of pulpwood rose by three percent, according to statistics from the Swedish Forest Agency.<\/p>\n<p>The price of sawlogs increased the most in Southern Norrland by nine percent, followed by Svealand with eight percent. In G\u00f6taland, the price of sawlogs rose by just under six percent, and in Northern Norrland, an increase of four percent compared to the previous quarter is evident.<\/p>\n<p>In the Southern Norrland region, the largest price increase for pulpwood is also noticeable, up by four percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2023. The same increase is seen in G\u00f6taland.
