Once completed, the new owner will inherit all aspects of the sawmill's operations, including its workforce of 35 employees.<\/p>\n<p>The sale of sawmill \"Norupe\" was initiated in 2022, following meticulous market research and preparation of requisite documentation.<\/p>\n<p>Key conditions of the sale include the discontinuation of guaranteed raw material supply contracts, enabling the new owner to participate in timber auctions organized by SIA \"R\u012bgas me\u017ei\" like any other market participant.<\/p>\n<p>Moving forward, SIA \"Stiga RM\" intends to modernize the facility, positioning it as a hub for high-value wood processing.
