The European Panel Federation (EPF) has announced the appointment of Pablo Figueroa L\u00f3pez (right) as its new chairman, succeeding Martin Brettenthaler (left). <\/span>On 20 Mar 2024, Brettenthaler officially concluded his tenure as the EPF\u2019s chairman, intertwined with his previous role as Swiss Krono Group CEO.<\/p>\n

With an academic background in economics and leadership roles related to exports, markets and sales at FINSA, L\u00f3pez is eager to build upon EPF\u2019s achievements and lead the federation towards a strong future.<\/p>\n

In his inaugural statement, the new EPF Chairman expressed his commitment to advancing EPF\u2019s strategic directions and strengthening its position as a key advocate for the industry: \u201cI am honoured to assume this new role and look forward to further working closely with the Board and connecting with relevant stakeholders to drive sustainable growth, modernity, and innovation within the wood-based panel sector\u201d.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
