The Finnish industrial company Ponsse, which manufactures forest machines, lowers its profit forecast for the full year 2023.<\/p>\n
The company now expects that the operating result for 2023 will end up at the level of the corresponding result for 2022 of 46.6 million euros.<\/p>\n
The previous guidance was that the operating profit this year will be slightly higher than the corresponding result last year.<\/p>\n
The company justifies the lowered forecast by saying that persistent inflation has negatively affected profitability. The exit from Russia has also meant lower profitability.
