The demand for timber across the country is bleak, and prices continue to fall, with an overall downward trend that is becoming increasingly evident.<\/p>\n
Looking at the downstream demand side, the lack of support for future demand for building wood has led to the continued fall in prices. Currently, the supply of timber on the market is greater than the demand, and demand is weak, which has led to a continuous decline in prices.<\/p>\n
Currently, the shrinking demand in China's construction sector has led to a continuous increase in inventory levels. All major timber markets across the country have continued to receive timber shipments, with sales falling far behind shipments.<\/p>\n
