The Hasslacher Group has acquired a 40% stake in the Egoin Wood Group. The details of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n
\u201cA 40 percent stake in the Egoin Wood Group is an ideal opportunity to further expand the Hasslacher Group and strengthen our position in southwestern Europe,\u201d said Christoph Kulterer, CEO and owner of the Hasslacher Group.<\/p>\n
Currently, Egoin Wood Group owns two industrial sites in Spain, the capacity of which allows the production of 22,000 m3 of wooden building structures per year (14,000 m3 of CLT panels and 8,000 m3 of glued beams).\u00a0In mid-2023, the company will commission a third CLT plant in Legutiano, Spain, more than doubling its total production capacity to 52,000 m3 per year.\u00a0Egoin Wood Group works with leading architects, developers and contractors to design wood building solutions.<\/p>\n
