The Hasslacher Group has taken over another company, namely Dickel-Holz GmbH & Co. KG.<\/p>\n
The nationally and internationally active company was founded 75 years ago by Ludwig Dickel in Schmallenberg-Bad Fredeburg (Germany). The takeover is subject to the approval of the competition authority. Christian Dickel will remain managing director for the time being and will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.<\/p>\n
