The\u00a0Hasslacher Group\u00a0will acquire the Austrian timber construction specialist Gemson, which focuses on small and special series, small panels and round columns with tight radii and supplies construction sites throughout Europe.\u00a0In the meantime, the company, which has 40 employees, has reached a size in which industrial production is also possible and so the logical step to strengthen the cooperation through the takeover of the Hasslacher Group followed in order to grow.<\/p>\n
