The JAF Group - a supplier of wood and wood-based products in 16 countries around the world - has concluded a purchase agreement for DLH Poland and DLH Slovakia, companies belonging to DLH Global.<\/p>\n

DLH started its operations in Poland in 1990 as part of the international DLH A \/ S Group. For the last 30 years, he has focused on serving two key market segments: industry and retail sales of wood and wood products. Over the years, it has developed its own distribution network in the largest Polish agglomerations.<\/p>\n

''The next step on this path is gaining wider distribution possibilities for DLH Poland and DLH Slovakia. By combining our sales and supply networks, we will be able to provide customers with a richer range of products and a higher quality of service. The combination of the strengths of DLH and JAF creates great opportunities not only in Poland and Slovakia, but also in further international contacts'' says Tomasz Gutkowski, board member of DLH Global.<\/p>\n

DLH Poland and DLH Slovakia will continue to operate under their current names. Both employees and management staff will remain in their positions.<\/p>\n

The JAF Group, known in its home country of Austria as JuA Frischeis, is one of the world's leading suppliers of wood and wood-based materials. It employs 3,000 people in 55 plants located in 16 countries on two continents.<\/p>\n

DLH is one of the largest Polish suppliers of wood and wood-based products.
