{"id":83151,"date":"2022-11-04T08:47:11","date_gmt":"2022-11-04T08:47:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tin.happy-projects.ro\/softwood-log-prices-latvia-continue-rise-q3-2022\/"},"modified":"2025-09-19T08:58:45","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T08:58:45","slug":"softwood-log-prices-latvia-continue-rise-q3-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.timberindustrynews.com\/ro\/softwood-log-prices-latvia-continue-rise-q3-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Softwood log prices in Latvia continue to rise in Q3\/2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"rtejustify\">From July 2022 to September 2022, the price of softwood log assortments has continued to rise in the Latvian wood market, while hardwood roundwood assortments have seen a significant price increase.\u00a0The biggest price increase can be observed for pulpwood and firewood assortments, which is explained by the growing demand of pulp mills for pulpwood and energy wood.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">During the last three months, the price of the pulpwood assortment has increased by an average of 21%, the price of thin hardwood has increased by an average of 23%, and the price of the firewood assortments has increased by 25%.\u00a0A significant price increase has been observed for aspen assortments -
