\"\"<\/a>In February 2022, the German producer price indices for spruce almost completely continued the upward trend that had been going on since March 2021. On average, the index for logs rose by 2.8% compared to the previous month to a level of 97.8 points. B grades recorded an increase of 1.7% to 99.9 points, with 3 m lengths contributing 3.2% to 101.5 points. 4\/5 m lengths increased by 1.8% to a level of 102.6 points.<\/p>\n

C ranges increased by 1.5% to 88.8 points. 3 m lengths recorded an increase of 1.7% to 93.3 points. 4\/5 m lengths increased by 0.3% to 94 points.<\/p>\n

Spruce pulpwood rose by 4.7% to a value of 84.9 points in February. Pine pulpwood recorded an increase of 3.8% to 87.5 points. Douglas fir pulpwood increased by 4.7% to 62 points. The softwood pulpwood index increased by 4.2% to 84.2 points.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Year-on-year the spruce index increased by 56%. B grades recorded an increase of 44.2%, with 3 m lengths contributing 45.2% and 4\/5 m lengths 43.5%. C grades gained an average of 49.5%, with 3m lengths up 46.7% and 4\/5m lengths up 58.5%. And the index for industrial spruce wood was 84.6% higher than in the same month last year.<\/p>\n
