Unilin Group announces the anticipated acquisition of Panneaux de Corr\u00e8ze. Panneaux de Corr\u00e8ze produces approximately 150,000 m3 of raw MDF panels. Its production plant is located in Corr\u00e8ze, France, and has 110 employees. The acquisition will be completed by early November.<\/p>\n

The panel division of Unilin Group, Unilin Panels, is a European market leader. It has one other MDF panels production plant in France in Bazeilles. This acquisition will increase the company's MDF panels production capacity and strengthen its position in France. The acquisition also fits perfectly within Unilin Group's sustainability strategy. Thanks to its Next range, Panneaux de Corr\u00e8ze has a great deal of expertise on reducing the use of fossil raw materials to manufacture its panels.<\/p>\n

All Panneaux de Corr\u00e8ze employees will be joining the Unilin Group and the existing structures are maintained. The current Panneaux de Corr\u00e8ze management will stay in place to help steer the integration in the right direction.<\/p>\n
