In China the prices for softwood logs decreased by 20 \u20ac last week due to the standard summer halting demand.<\/em><\/p>\n

Reviving in fall will be strong with high demand for logs from Germany and Czech Republic as Russia limits exports and New Zealand can not provide more logs than it does at the moment.<\/p>\n

The price of European spruce logs in China, after prices have been rising to record highs, have finally shown a downward trend. CIF prices have been above 1900 yuan\/cubic meter (244\u00a0\u20ac\/m3)\u00a0and few Chinese merchants are willing to take orders at this price level.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the domestic sales price also heard the sound of falling.\u00a0Some Chinese industry insiders revealed that the current domestic sales price of European spruce logs in Qingdao, Shandong has dropped by 150 yuan\/cubic meter (19\u00a0\u20ac\/m3), and have now stabilized at 1350 yuan\/cubic meter (173\u00a0\u20ac\/m3).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
