The biggest increase was in the price of spruce logs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The average price of spruce sawlogs increased from the average level of 72.2 \u20ac \/ m3 in the fourth quarter by 6.8% in the first quarter, reaching an average price of 79.3 \u20ac \/ m3. The prices of hardwood logs have fallen somewhat during the quarter.<\/p>\n<p>There have been only small fluctuations in pulpwood prices during the quarter.
