Unilin\u00a0Group, through its division Unilin Flooring, has come to an agreement with the Austrian supplier of timber and wood-based materials\u00a0JAF Group\u00a0to acquire an important part of its production site in\u00a0Bra\u015fov, Romania.<\/em><\/p>\n

Unilin had been looking for upstream integration in the value chain of (Engineered) Wood\/Parquet flooring and is now successful. The deal includes land, buildings and industrial assets. Over 100 employees will transfer to Unilin.<\/p>\n

The contract was concluded after a thorough due diligence check and successful production tests.\u00a0The actual sale or acquisition by Unilin is subject to conditions precedent and approval by the authorities.<\/p>\n
