S\u00f6dra is divesting Trivselhus AB to housing supplier Svensk Husproduktion with a completion date set for March 1, 2021.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Trivselhus is one of the largest house manufacturers in Sweden and sells housing under the Trivselhus brand, and Nordic Ecolabelled houses under the Movehome brand.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe decision is based on S\u00f6dra\u2019s strategic direction to focus more on our core business: forest products and services, market pulp and sawn timber, as well as energy and further processing of products and residue flows,\u201d said Peter Karlsson,<\/p>\n

Chairman of Trivselhus. Svensk Husproduktion will acquire all of the shares in Trivselhus AB. \u201cWe are convinced that this divestment will be positive for both parties,\u201d added Mr Karlsson.<\/p>\n
