The average price for pine logs in Finland in September was 54.7 euros per cubic meter, for spruce logs - 58.8 euros per cubic meter. Prices have increased by 2% compared to the previous month.<\/em><\/p>\n

The registered trade in Finnish roundwood from non-industrial private forests in the country rose to 4 million m\u00b3 in September. This is a fifth more than in September last year. However, experts say that in general, in January-September, the market contracted by 9% compared to the previous year. Trade in pulpwood decreased by 15% and in roundwood by only 1%.<\/p>\n

The price for pine pulpwood was 17.4 euros, for spruce pulpwood - 19.4 euros, for birch pulpwood - 16.8 euros per cubic meter. The average price level for pulpwood increased by 1% compared to August 2020.<\/p>\n

Pulpwood assortments accounted for 72% of the total roundwood trade with delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
