Pine sawlogs are cheaper by almost 3%, while spruce by more than 11%, a sign that both the bark beetle infestation effects on the prices in Sweden, which was already visible since 2019, has continued in the second quarter of the year.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pulpwood prices have dropped at a higher level than<span id=\"more-24317\"><\/span>\u00a0those of sawlogs. Pine and spruce pulpwood prices have dropped by -11% and -13% respectively.<\/p>\n<p>As compared to first quarter of 2020, the price movements have trended downwards as well.
