The purchase price was not disclosed.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Upon Derome\u2019s entry, the construction trade will change its name to Derome and the range will be expanded with hardware.\u00a0The plant will also turn to professional customers in the future.\u00a0All employees are offered the opportunity to work and the customers automatically get an agreement with Derome.<\/p>\n<p>According to the announcement, it is the starting point for Derome\u2019s investment in Sm\u00e5land and follows a rapid geographical expansion along the entire coast from Bohusl\u00e4n to Blekinge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Woody Anderstorp<\/strong>\u00a0was founded in 2012 by Per Enocson, Victor Svensson and Junic AB.\u00a0With a focus on customer service and quality products, the development has been very fast.\u00a0In 2019, sales are expected to amount to just over 50 million with 7 employees.<\/p>\n<p>Woody Anderstorp is interesting for Derome, because of both the geographical location and the competence, focus and culture that exist at the company.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>\u201cThis is the starting shot for Derome\u2019s investment in Sm\u00e5land. Our goal is for the construction trade in Anderstorp to grow and we will also evaluate the opportunity to establish ourselves in more locations.<\/p>\n<p>Smaland with its strong market is interesting for Derome. We are already a major supplier of roof trusses in the region and buy forest raw material from here to our sawmill in Kinnared. Therefore, it is natural for us to also establish construction and hardware trade in the region, says\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>The construction trade in Anderstorp is a fine company.\u00a0The owners run it with the same values \u200b\u200bas Derome.\u00a0They are down-to-earth and of high quality, they focus on professional customers and see as their main task to simplify customers\u2019 everyday lives.\u201d<cite>Johan Winroth, CEO of Derome Byggvaror &amp; Tr\u00e4teknik<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em>About\u00a0Derome Group:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company\u00a0consists of two groups: the Industrial and Trading Group, Derome AB and the Property Group, Derome F\u00f6rvaltning AB.
