Valbo Tr\u00e4 will buy Setra's operations in Skutsk\u00e4r.\u00a0The plant consists of two planing lines, an impregnation line, a painting line and a hatch nail line.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The company has 33 employees and today it produces about 115,000 m3 of wood products and delivers about 130,000 m3.\u00a0The customer base from Setra Skutsk\u00e4r is to 85% the same customer segment as Valbo Tr\u00e4 sells to today.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe deal gives us good integration benefits and synergy effects and is in line with the large investment we are currently doing in Valbo.\u00a0It also strengthens our position as a supplier on the Swedish wood market, \u201dsays Mikael Helmersson, CEO of Valbo Tr\u00e4 AB.<\/em><\/p>\n

Valbo Tr\u00e4\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>AB was founded in 2011, with the\u00a0merger of Edsbyns Hyvleri AB, Valbo Tr\u00e4varu AB and \u00c5shammars Hyvleri AB.\u00a0The company's line of business includes operating sawmills and planing mills.\u00a0Valbo Tr\u00e4s' total capacity is currently about 200,000 m3.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
