ZAO Sawmill 25 (part of the Titan Group of Companies) and Valutec have signed a contract for the supply of two new FB tunnels.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

As part of the contract, a two-zone Valutec tunnel will be commissioned in June, which will enable ZAO Sawmill 25 to fulfill the plan to increase the annual volume of processed raw materials from 1,600,000 to 1,800,000 m\u00a03\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Drying chambers will be built at 2 production sites and will allow the sawmill to reach a record production level - processing 2 million m\u00a03 of\u00a0logs per year.<\/p>\n

The total capacity of the new tunnels will be 100,000 m\u00a03 of the\u00a0side plate per year.\u00a0They will be equipped with pressure frames to ensure the highest quality of drying and uniform distribution of moisture lumber.<\/p>\n

The cameras will be managed using the Valmatics program, which allows you to fully automate the operation of the drying chambers and reduce personnel participation in the drying process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
