The purchase-sum would amount to approximately\u00a0<span class=\"xn-money\">SEK 260 million<\/span>\u00a0(\u20ac 26 million).<\/p>\n<p>\"We see the Baltic states as part of the base for SCA's raw material supply\", says Jonas M\u00e5rtensson, President Forest. \"We have already an organization for wood procurement in\u00a0<span class=\"xn-location\">Estonia<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<span class=\"xn-location\">Latvia<\/span>\u00a0and our operations will be further strengthened by a forest holding of our own.\"<\/p>\n<p>The letter of intent is not binding for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018,\u00a0forest products company SCA had approximately 4,000 employees and sales amounted to approximately\u00a0<span class=\"xn-money\">SEK 18.8 bn<\/span>\u00a0(<span class=\"xn-money\">EUR 1.8 bn<\/span>).
